Tuition and Registration Fees
LOSEPS offers a range of programmes across Further and Higher Education. Fees include tuition and, where applicable, registration with awarding bodies.
Level 3 Diplomas and Certificates: £1,500 – £2,500
Level 4/5 Diplomas: £3,500 – £4,500
Level 6 Diplomas and Professional Programmes: £5,000 – £5,500
Diploma in Education and Training (DET): £6,000 (eligible for Student Finance)
Higher Education Courses (in partnership with awarding bodies): from £6,000 per year
Note: Awarding body registration and certificate fees are included unless otherwise stated.
Payment Options
Fees can be paid in full at the start of the course or in instalments subject to agreement.
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, standing order, or student loan support.
Instalment plans must be agreed in writing with the finance department.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Students who withdraw before course commencement may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
Once a course has started, refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Finance Office
Registration fees are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Student Finance
Students enrolling on some of the Diploma courses may be eligible for student loans through the Student Loans Company (SLC).
LOSEPS welcomes students transferring from other institutions, provided they meet the entry requirements set by both the awarding body and LOSEPS. Students may also transfer out if needed; however, LOSEPS is committed to supporting students’ learning needs and ensuring continuity of study wherever possible.
